Well folks, I know we haven’t updated this in a while but I have been asked to take on the project.
We have a new Aqualung Package that just came in the other day, the Regulator is a Titan LX, it is similar to the Sherwood Blizzard in the way it has been designed with cold water divers in mind, where it exceeds the Sherwood though is with it’s adjustable resistance, and it’s lip cover. All in all, a great Reg, for a great price.
As some of you know we have recruited Mike Lee to the team. He is our new instructor, although in no way new to PADI. He is an OWS Instructor, with years of experience in many locations around the globe. We are just finishing up an Open Water course this weekend, and we are starting another on Wednesday, May 7th. The cost is $399.99, and the class will not be larger than 4 people. If you or someone you know is interested, come see us as soon as you can because we already have a lot of interest for this course.
If you already have your Open Water and would like to meet new dive partners, and at the same time further your education and experience under the waves, we have an Advanced Course set up for the May 10th, 11th weekend. This course will cover 5 specialties: Deep, Underwater Navigation, Night Diving, Search and Recovery, and Underwater Naturalist. If all students are in agreement, for an additional fee Boat Diving could be included in the course. It has a maximum of 6 students, so sign and secure your spot and will cost $250.00 per student.
We have interest in doing a weekend only course, if this works better for you than a Monday/Wednesday course please let us know and we will see what we can do about setting one up for June.
If anyone is interested in taking the Rescue Diver course, and you already have your Advanced, you can e-mail us stating you are interested, and we will see what we can do about setting up a course. It will have 5 evening classes, and 2 days of open water, you will need to have your standard First Aid or equivalent in order to be certified. This class needs a minimum of 4 students, remember, a ‘Diver’s education, does not end with certification’.
Hope to hear from you
Jake
